Hourly add-on - $250/hr | Security Deposit: $1000
12 hours which includes set up and clean up. Additional hours may be added before the rental time. All events must end by midnight.
Exclusive use of The Aurora at Scarbrough Haven*, A secondary dressing area, and the immediate surrounding 25 acres. (*There are certain times of the year when we may host our own public events on the property. You will still have exclusive use of the Aurora though people may be on other parts of Scarbrough Haven.)
Accommodates up to 200 people seated at tables.
We provide set-up and take-down the tables and chairs for one ceremony site and one reception site for up to 150 people. An extra fee will be added for up to 50 additional guests.
Scarbrough Haven will clean floors, put up tables and chairs. Client must comply with after-event obligations (ie. take out trash and remove decorations and personal belongings after event).

Grass/gravel parking is available on site. Walking on uneven surfaces will be required to reach The Tea Room and the adjacent 40 acres.
Includes a large space with a 3-compartment sink, refrigerator, microwave and counter space. Our kitchen is NOT designed/authorized for commercial cooking. This area is to be used for plating food to be served to your guests. Caterers should be prepared to bring heated food in hot boxes to keep it warm for your event. They can also bring equipment to cook outside on our concrete pad.
